1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Processing may be delayed during:

  • Holidays

  • High order volume

  • Product restocks

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times & Methods

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Some items may offer free shipping during promotions.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Custom Duties & International Taxes

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional fees charged by your country

Elevated Ways does not cover these charges.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is shipped, carrier issues are outside our control.
If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost in transit

  • Delayed

Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will assist where possible, but Elevated Ways is not liable for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages.


8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

We will review the claim and may offer a replacement.


9. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.
