All payments must be made at checkout.
For digital services and photography sessions, full or partial payment (deposit) is required to secure your booking.

You agree to provide accurate billing information. We may cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Digital Services

All digital services — including music, mixing, mastering, edits, consulting, and artist development — are non-refundable once work has begun.

Revisions may be offered depending on the service package.

5. Photography & Videography

Deposits for sessions are non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the deposit will be forfeited.

Final edited photos or videos cannot be refunded once delivered.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee availability of sizes, colors, or restocks.

Prices for all items are subject to change without notice.

7. Shipping

Shipping times may vary. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are not the responsibility of Elevated Ways.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
